What Type of Happiness in Life Do You Have?
Did you there are different types of happiness in life? You probably know that there are people that are happier than others, but can you tell the difference between what type of happiness in life they have?
You may find yourself comparing your happiness to other people as well but still not understand the difference between you and them. That’s why this article is about the different types of happiness in life that people are experiencing right now.
There are three different types of happiness in life – they are sort of happy, moderately happy, and extremely happy people.
Sort of happy in life – These people do not fit in the cranky and constant whiny department. They complain about life sometimes, and the find that they seem to have a lot of obstacles to get through in life – but they try to see the bright side of life and say things along the lines of “Well, at least that other bad thing didn’t happen to me!”
Sort of happy people search out, and hold on, to their small pleasures in life. These are things like movies, video games, drugs (including cigarettes), and other things that they think make them happiest in life.
They normally go through life following a day in and day out routine, and this routine life works well for them – they feel somewhat happy and content with their life.
There are many people that fit this category and live their whole lives with this kind of happiness.
Moderately happy in life – These people are engaged in what is going on around them, and in life in general. They understand what really matters to their lives and are using a sense of awareness and appreciation in their life that other people do not use.
They have a plan in life; they have goals that they are striving towards. They are using their positivity and happiness to help themselves achieve these goals. They say things like “How can I do this better?” or “How can I turn this situation around to be more positive?”. These questions are used for all aspects of their lives including relationships, career, spirituality, healthy, and personal development in general.
They are always learning new things and striving to be better, and they take great joy in life and what they have and what is coming to them.
Everyday more and more people join this group.
Extremely happy in life – These are the people who are living a passionate and meaningful life. They understand who they are, how they got where they are, and what they can offer the world and everyone in it. And the key to their happiness IS offering themselves to others and their world.
They want to help others achieve what they already know. They want to help others succeed in life and find their extreme happiness in life as well.
All in all, they feel really good about themselves when their head hits the pillow – and, they look forward to what tomorrow will offer them. Even challenges are fun for them because they see challenges as growth in their life.
These are the people that you can’t help but like because their intentions are so pure and good. They can make you feel better any time of the day and they never complain, whine, or emote any negative emotions – as they always see the good.
When you look at the other side of life and the people in it; you will see that there are a lot of people who do not live a life with happiness at all. They see no bright side of life, and they don’t make others happy – in fact, they normally make other people miserable.
The are the ones who never stop complaining and whining. They are mean, negative, angry, and bitter people who rarely attempt to see the good in life.
Everyone should be striving to climb up the happiness ladder in life! Why wouldn’t you want to become extremely happy in you life and have a positive influence over others?
But sadly, many people stay in their ‘sort of happy’ lives and never experience what constant joy can bring them. They believe that their life is ‘as good as it gets’ and they stop trying to climb that ladder at all.
The ones that break out are the ones that realize there is a better way of living. They get a taste of what a completely happy life can be and they start their journey to find it.
Remember: Happiness in life is your right! You just have to take action to get it.
I mean really – At the end of your life wouldn’t you like to reflect on all the happiness and joy you brought into this world – and know you did the most that you could to make that happen? Or would you rather remember the tears you caused, pain your spread, misery you inflicted, or unhappiness you lived?
